Due to the forecasted heat and humidity for next week, the high school football team will now have conditioning from 7:00-8:00 AM each day next week. Football players will then be able to lift from 8:00-9:00 AM if they want to.

Next week (July 25th-28th) will be the final week of summer weights and conditioning. Conditioning for fall sports begins August 1st.

If you are entering grades 8-12 and plan on playing volleyball this year, our UNK camp is planned for Mon. July 25th. (At Wilcox) Cost is $60. Get signed up! We need the numbers to be able to host Coach Brand. If you have any questions please contact Coach Rossen.
Breakfast and lunch will not be free for the 22-23 school year. Breakfast will be $2.20. Lunch for K-6 is $3.10 and for 7-12 it is $3.30. Adult lunch will be $4.25. We encourage anyone that is eligible for free and reduced lunch to fill out the paperwork for assistance.

Football Skill Position Camp (featuring Chadron State coaches) for those who signed up is this Wednesday @ Wilcox. 5th-8th grade session from 8:00-10:30. 9th-12th grade session from 11:00-5:00 (lunch provided). This is a full-padded camp for 9th-12th, cleats only for 5th-8th.

The weight room will be closed next Monday and Tuesday (July 4th-5th) in observance of Independence Day. The weight room will be open next Wednesday and Thursday (July 6th-7th) at its normal times.

Due to low registration forms turned in, we have made the decision to cancel the Future Stars portion of our Midwest Elite Basketball camp next week. The high school girls and boys portion of the camp is still on as scheduled. We apologize for any inconveniences this causes.
