Thank you to everyone that participated in Student Council's Halloween Costume Contest! The reigning champs, Mr. Yochum and Mason took home the prize for the second year in the a row for staff and high school! Raiden was our jr. high winner, and Todd took the prize in Hildreth!




1st grade had a top notch day!!! We even got to listen to author, Jane Yolen, read How Do Dinosaurs Say Trick or Treat!!!



FBLA/FFA FOOD DRIVE UPDATE


#Falconfunfact Español 2 had a great time attending the Justo Lamas concert to see performer Edgar René! These students sang, danced, and participated in on-stage activities.











The 1st graders loved having Mrs. Mulbach as a guest reader today!!


❗️🥫🧃The FBLA and FFA would really love to hit our school goal of 1500 food items for the food pantry! Keep bringing food items for a good cause and to support local families in need! 🧃🥫❗️


Fourth grade answered over 3,000 math questions correctly in under 2 weeks and won first place in the National Prodigy Math Challenge!


Congratulations to senior Cara Bunger, who was named as one of the 48 statewide recipients of the Currency Believers & Achievers award! Believers & Achievers is a statewide program designed to give recognition to Nebraska's future leaders. By being one of the statewide winners, Cara will be in the running to receive one of eight $500 scholarships awarded by Currency in April. Things will certainly be a little quieter with the fall sports seasons wrapping up, but there is still plenty going on in our school with our other activities!

The end of this week was filled with many exciting events, but the opportunity to celebrate the attendance of 168 students was incredible! 115 students had 95% attendance and 53 students had perfect attendance. At Wilcox-Hildreth, we value attendance! #FalconFunFact











6th-12th grade students and staff, Student Council wants to see your spooky style! We are hosting a Halloween dress up contest on Oct. 31st! There will be a prize for the best dressed junior high, high school student, and staff member!


What a Fun Day! After the Pep Rally our Elementary classes teamed up to read and do activities together!











Subdistrict volleyball pairings were released by the NSAA this morning. Our Falcon volleyball team will take on Bertrand at 4:00 pm on Monday October 28th in Overton, with the winner of that game taking on Overton at 7:00 pm Monday. The full D2-6 bracket can be found below.
