Any high school or junior high athletes interested in going out for Cross Country, please contact Coach Johnson at dustin.johnson@whfalcons.org. The Cross Country team will continue having their Summer Run Club on Tuesdays in Wilcox and Thursdays in Hildreth from 6:30-7:30pm, through July 30th. There will also be a day camp on July 27th, RSVP by July 23rd. If you have any questions about Cross Country or the Day Camp, please reach out to Coach Johnson.
BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLY ASSISTANCE
It's that time of year! Sign up for back to school supplies for students attending Pre-K through 12th at Wilcox-Hildreth Public Schools is on the following dates and times:
July 17th, 2024 from 1 pm - 5 pm
July 18th, 2024 from 8 am - Noon
If you are requesting assistance with school supplies this year, you MUST show up during one
or those dates and times.
The pickup date is August 2, 2024 from 3 - 6 pm. All supplies must be picked up on that date.
We do not deliver.
Sign up and pick up will both be located at Westminster United Presbyterian Church in Minden, Nebraska.

The weight room will be open this week Monday-Wednesday at it's normal times. It will be closed on Thursday in observance of Independence Day, and will re-open the following Monday.
Wilco-Hildreth FBLA Members are having a great time in Orlando! Our members were able to get out and enjoy SeaWorld yesterday. We had a bit of a rain delay in activities but it turned out to be a fun day. Today is day one of the Conference with some students already presenting and the rest ready to go tomorrow we are busy busy. Se some fun pictures as we attend the Opening Ceremony tonight and we will share out some more fun entertainment and success as the week progresses!

The Mental Health Team took on Lincoln this week! We spent two days learning from the great Ali Hearn about Restorative Practices. Our team left feeling empowered and eager to put these practices in place to help build stronger community in our schools.

Attention Junior High volleyball girls- Wednesday July 10th is a great opportunity for setters and liberos!

Coach Whipkey is looking for any interested community members to help run scoreboards and shot clocks for girls basketball summer league games and a one-day team camp on Thursday June 13th. Summer league games go from 4:00-7:45 every Monday evening in June. The team camp on June 13th will have games from 9:00--4:15 (could help out all day, or from 9:00-12:30, or 12:30-4:15. Lunch will also be provided). If you are interested and available to help out on Monday's and/or June 13th, please contact Coach Whipkey via e-mail. Thank you!
Reminder for students and parents of incoming 6th-8th grade girls basketball players: our 6th-8th grade girls basketball camp will be this Monday-Wednesday from 9:00-10:15. There is no cost to attend, just show up and practice some skills and play games with next years teammates!
Come out to our FBLA picnic in the park. Food and games are all set up. come join us!

A great first week for our Falcon athletes in the weight room as our kids completed a total of 113 workouts this week! Keep up the good work Falcons, and remember that beginning next week the weight room will shift to our normal summer schedule of being open Monday-Thursday!

The wrestling team partnered up with Jo-Ben construction and went door to door tonight in Hildreth. If you have had roof damage after the recent hail give them a call. For every referral they get from the wrestlers they will donate to the program and help send our wrestlers to camp. Thank you for your support!
