We had 7 students compete in Land Evaluation today in Curtis, Ne! During Land judging students ribbon soil to determine texture and permiability. They also determine the slope of the field, erosion, soil thickness, soil depth, and then use the information to determine the land capability class and amendments they would use on the land! It’s quite a fun process and allows the students to get their hands muddy as well! Great job kids!

The FFA students who are attending National FFA Convention are hosting Donkey Basketball on October 8th at 6:30 PM with a meal and silent auction starting at 5:30 PM! We will have 4 teams competing that day- Team Hildreth, Wilcox, Students, and Staff. Come out to see some GREAT entertainment and eat a good meal! Please purchase tickets in advance if possible!
